What a client can expect from Nichole: I love teaching and explaining what I'm doing and why. I will give my clients an experience from the moment they sit down to when they leave. We talk a lot about the style they envision. I refer to visual references to make sure we are on the same page, and explain what is possible with the lifestyle they have. I dive deep into products and different styling techniques so the client can achieve what I do in the salon and use these tricks of the trade at home.

I offer complimentary bang trims/neck trims/bit trims whatever little tune up that suits them in between haircuts.

I love disheveled, soft hair, when hair looks "lived in" I'm happy with the results. I'm proud to say I have a reputation to give a strong haircut that grows out well. That's always my goal.

Stylist/Educator/CO.TE.RIE Co-founder/Mother. Nichole Kreps has had a passion for hairdressing since she began her career at the age of sixteen. With her style surrounding beauty and fashion, she has always been referred to as an innovative within the industry.

In 2000, Nichole began an advanced apprenticeship in San Francisco where she trained with Aveda, Sassoon and Bumble & bumble. Subsequently, she joined the creative team of stylists at Cowboys & Angels, where she became a network educator between the salon and Bumble & Bumble. In this position she frequently traveled to Bumble & bumble University in New York, further discovering her esthetic for hair and the importance of continuing education. She’s known for her versatility and seemingly effortless ability to help clients find their own style and bring out the best in them. She has a strong appreciation for glamour icons like Faye Dunaway and Jane Birkin, and the ever so glamorous Bianca Jagger. Overall Nichole’s hairdressing embodies a classic approach while having an effortless feel. She teaches as she cuts and styles so that every client leaves with a better understanding of how to recreate their look at home.

After eight years establishing a loyal following at Cowboys & Angels, Nichole moved to the chic Harper Paige salon where she then worked for the next 2 years. From there she was offered an opportunity to work at BARROW Salon where she continued to work for the next 8 years. During this time fashion designers and tutorial hair sites called on Nichole for her talents in styling photo shoots outside of the salon where she grabbed the attention of anonymous fans and was subsequently featured as a "Best of" in Allure magazine.

Currently Nichole finds herself splitting her time between The CO.TE.RIE in Sacramento and Pony Studios in Oakland.
