Education at Pony
Pony runs two education programs. They sit alongside each other and feed each other — global talent teaches inside our walls, and every member of the team learns from them.
Track 01
Intensive, weekly, hands-on and theoretical education led by Debi Alley, with support from Tiffany Barrios, Hannah Bourne, Pamela Chao, and Corinna Hernandez. Not casual shadowing — a structured program built by educators.

Track 02
Led by Corinna Hernandez, Pony Education is our platform for working hairdressers to travel to Pony for elite master classes from global legends. Pony Education LIVE hosts multi-cam live streams and on-demand video. Every Pony stylist and apprentice gets free access to both.
Open to all professional hairdressers
Since 2019, Pony Education has hosted hundreds of classes. We continue to run monthly 1–2 day workshops so the whole salon is always learning from the best.
Hosted educators include Laurent Philippon, Howard McLaren, Dennis Lanni, James Pecis, Tina Andersen, Amy Farid, Kate Schlichter, Rolando Beauchamp, Nicholas Roach, Jordan M, and Travis Speck — plus many more global editorial and runway stylists, educators, and hairdressers.

The founder
Pony was founded in 2019 by Corinna Hernandez — a Bumble & bumble lead educator for over a decade, from the Bb salon and Bumble University in New York to Bumble Live across the West Coast, and Sassoon-trained before that.
