Training: I did my apprenticeship at Sassoon in San Francisco and have continued my education with multiple Menspire classes in London, Arrojo classes in NYC, Zgat training in Croatia, and classes with Anh co Tran.

Brittany’s Inspiration: I’m always scanning the room for hair. Everywhere I go I’m gaining inspiration from people in the street, to ad campaigns, to the barista serving me coffee. Ideas are always popping into my head on what cuts I’d like to do and the direction I want to go with my education.

Favorite Color: I love a good terracotta tone.
Brittany’s Favorite Product: Dry Texture Spray by Mr. Smith. It gives the perfect amount of texture while also giving hair a light hold.
Brittany Sugrue is a Bay Area native whose hair journey started in high school when her art teacher told her to stay focused on cutting creative hair looks instead of doing his homework. After cosmetology school she did her apprenticeship at Sassoon Salon in San Francisco and from there moved to LA to work in Beverly Hills continuing her education with a focus on styling. Realizing her home was truly in the Bay Area she made the move back and was hired at Cowboys & Angels Salon as a stylist and educator where she remained for 5 years until the pandemic broke. Throughout her years at Cowboys & Angels Brittany kept up on her education traveling abroad and taking any class that inspired her the most. She currently travels between NYC, Miami, LA, SF and Oakland working on clients. She is quite excited to now be a part of the Pony team working with such a talented group of people and continuing her education.
